Andrea Rein
I'm Andrea Rein and I am the District's Family and Community Navigator. Before coming to Scottsbluff Public Schools, I was employed as a Youth Counselor at the STAR Academy in Custer, SD. I have also worked as a Transitional Specialist for the Job Corps program for over 13 years. Most recently, I was the Director for CASA of Scotts Bluff County.
I am a graduate of Wray High School in Colorado. I worked on my undergraduate degree in Wichita, KS before finishing my Bachelor's and Master's Degrees from Chadron State College. I love serving the students and families in our District.

Wynne Burg
As a Scottsbluff High School graduate, I left to attend University of Wyoming and majored in International Studies with an emphasis in development and human relations and a minor in African American and Diaspora Studies.
I am grateful to be working in SBPS schools to help strengthen our sense of belonging and provide opportunities to educate and raise awareness about the diverse world we live in.

Albert Bustinza
Greetings!
Born in Texas and raised in California by my migrant farm working parents, I am Albert. It's been over 20 years since my family and I moved to the Panhandle of Nebraska for a slower more peaceful life for our children and we love it!
For the past 25 years I have been involved with coaching boys and girls sports and leading youth groups and organizations. I am certified in the foster care program. I am also a proud member of the Teammates Mentoring Program.
I am so excited to be the Community Outreach and Homelessness Liaison and to be a part of a team ready here cultivating the culture of Every Child, Every Day at Scottsbluff Schools!

Isaiah Wilson
Born in Denver, Colorado, raised in Gering, NE. I am a graduate of Gering, the class of 2014. My education continued at Western Nebraska Community College under a vocal music scholarship. I earned my Associates of Arts degree with a focus in education and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Peru State. I enjoy building relationships and supporting students as the Student Outreach Liaison.
Outside of work, I enjoy working out and playing basketball when I can. I am a fan of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and comics. Additionally, I spend a great amount of time with my family and friends.
